How do I place an order?
Click on the item you wish to purchase, select size and quantity then add it to your shopping cart by clicking “ADD TO CART”. Open your shopping cart, you can find your shopping cart on the top right corner of the page. Proceed to the “CHECK OUT” page, where you will fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure you complete all the steps in the payment procedure so the transaction is properly processed.
How do I choose the right size?
There are four different sizes to choose from Jean Valld`s Timeless Collection. The bracelets from this collection are not adjustable, so please make sure that you choose the correct size.
For measuring we recommend using a measuring tape. Put it around your wrist and when you make a full circle around it put your small finger between the tape and your wrist. Than look the number you got on the measuring tape and you will get the size of your bracelet! For example, if the measure is 17.5 cm, your size is S. If you are between two sizes, for example 18 cm, we suggest the larger size.
In the Classic Collection there are two different sizes and they are adjustable in the specified measurements frames. Use the same measurement as explained above.
How do I change or cancel my order, Can I do it after I have received the shipping confirmation e-mail?
Once you have received the shipping confirmation e-mail we are unable to make any changes. If you notice anything wrong with your order please firstname.lastname@example.org
When will my order be shipped and how long does it take until I receive it?
We always strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on which shipping method you chose. We use for all our products shipping company PostNord. Shipping takes in average about 4-8 business days for EU from the day of the completion day. If you live outside of EU shipping time can sometimes take more than 10 business days, specially during holidays.
Will the package be delivered to my address?
The package is delivered to the shipping address entered when purchasing the smaller accessories - items like all our Jean Valld bracelets.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
If the number of working days have passed, contact the support team by sending an email too email@example.com or use the contact us form. If the maximum number of working days has not passed yet, we ask for your patience.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
Do I need to pay any additional fees and taxes?
If your country is part of the European Union there should be no additional fees and taxes. Non-EU countries could have their own laws and regulations. Please contact the customs in your country for information about additional fees and taxes.
Did you order the wrong color, size or just want to return the bracelet? Send it back to us within 30 days of receiving the item (non-used and still in the same new condition, in the original box) to get a new bracelet or a full refund. To exchange or return a bracelet, please contact us for instructions. Please notice that the cost of shipping the item/ bracelet back is yours.
Is there any official store where I live?
